2. Our Wellness Services
Aura & Bloom Spa provides professional therapeutic massage, skincare, and body treatments for the purpose of relaxation and aesthetic care. Our therapists are licensed and trained professionals.
- Not Medical Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care or diagnosis. Our therapists are not medical doctors and do not diagnose illnesses, treat medical conditions, or prescribe medications. Please consult your physician for any medical concerns.
- Results May Vary: While we are dedicated to providing exceptional service, individual results from treatments may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payments
To ensure a serene experience for all our guests, we adhere to the following policies:
- Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from our booking system. A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.
- Late Arrivals: To ensure the next guest is not delayed, late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, with the full service price still applicable.
- Payment: Payment for all services and products is due at the time of your visit.
4. Guest Responsibilities & Spa Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil and safe environment for everyone, you, the guest, agree to the following:
- Health Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health on our intake forms. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment begins.
- Spa Atmosphere: Our spa is a sanctuary of peace. Please help us maintain this atmosphere by speaking in a soft voice and silencing your mobile devices upon entry.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or if a guest's health condition may pose a risk to themselves or our staff.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the Aura & Bloom logo, text, graphics, and website design, is our property. You are prohibited from using any of our brand materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
By engaging our services, you agree that you do so at your own risk. You agree to release and hold harmless Aura & Bloom Spa and its employees from any and all liability for any unintentional harm, injury, or adverse reactions to treatments, particularly if you have failed to disclose a known medical condition or sensitivity. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR VISIT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COST OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
